Emma NuQuay and Zoe Stewart played pivotal roles in this game, demonstrating relentless efforts as they drove downhill and showcased their craftiness at the rim. Their ability to penetrate the defense created crucial scoring opportunities and kept the opposing team on their heels.
Zennia Thomas continues to validate her status as the MEAC Player of the Week with every performance. Watching Thomas in just her second season, it’s remarkable how she carries herself with the poise and leadership of a seasoned veteran, as if she's been anchoring this team for four years. Her presence on the court is a major factor in the team's competitive edge.

My personal opinion:The Lady Bison are clearly locked in this preseason, holding a strong 6-1 record so far. Each game shows improved focus and resilience, as they seem to better handle the intense pressure that comes with being a top team. Coach Ty’s leadership today was outstanding, guiding the team effectively despite some questionable officiating calls. Several offensive fouls weren’t clear-cut, but the Lady Bison maintained their composure throughout. Overall, they continue to make me proud to be an alum, showing promise for the season ahead.
